As a mental health therapist, I provide counselling and therapy services to support emotional and psychological well-being.
Therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment, and I do not prescribe medication.
2. Confidentiality
All client information and session details are confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, child abuse, or court orders).
Written consent is required for the release of information to third parties.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to be honest, engaged, and respectful during sessions
Therapy is a collaborative process, and progress depends on active participation.
4. Session Structure
Sessions last approximately 60 minutes and occur at agreed-upon intervals
Any changes to session schedules must be communicated in advance.
5. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate therapy at any time. However, a closing session is recommended to ensure a smooth transition.
I reserve the right to terminate services if there is non-compliance with policies or ethical concerns.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
1. Fees and Payment
Payment is due at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
Late cancellations (less than 4 hours prior) or missed appointments may incur a full session fee.
Exceptions may be made for emergencies at my discretion.
3. Refunds
Payments for completed sessions are non-refundable.
Prepaid sessions can be refunded if cancelled with adequate notice.
Data Privacy Policy

Personal information collected includes name, contact details, and relevant medical/psychological history.
This information is used solely for therapy purposes and will not be shared without consent.
2. Data Storage and Protection
Client records are stored securely in compliance with data protection laws.
Digital records are encrypted, and physical files are kept in a locked cabinet.
3. Third-Party Sharing
Information is only shared with third parties when required by law or with the client’s written permission.
If collaborating with other healthcare professionals, consent will be obtained before sharing details.
4. Client Rights
Clients have the right to access their records upon request.
Clients may request corrections or deletions of inaccurate information, subject to legal and ethical limitations.
